What is the difference between the one-off fix and monthly care?
The one-off fix solves one problem or gives you a health check. Monthly care means I look after the site continuously: updates, backups, monitoring, and changes whenever you message me.
What happens if an update breaks my site?
Updates are tested on a staging copy first. If something still goes wrong on the live site, I restore the latest backup straight away and fix the cause before updating again.
How do I give you access safely?
Create a separate administrator account for me, so you never share your own password. I send a short guide after you order. You can delete the account at any time. Hosting access is only needed for some fixes.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do. Your site, hosting, domain and accounts stay in your name. I work inside them and never move or lock anything.
What if I need more than my included hours?
Before starting anything bigger, I tell you how long it will take. You can then add extra hours, or I send a custom offer for larger work such as new pages or a redesign.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. You can stop the subscription from your Fiverr orders whenever you want. The month you have paid for runs to its end.
Can you look after WooCommerce stores and page builders?
Yes: WooCommerce stores and the common themes, page builders and plugins. If your setup needs something I don't support, I tell you before you order.
Is hosting included?
No. I work with your existing host. If the hosting itself causes problems, I can recommend options and help move the site.
How fast do you reply?
Within 3 hours on working days. Monthly Care Plus clients are answered first.
