I will draft a custom or reusable NDA

Based on your instructions and preference I will send you an NDA/non-disclosure agreement/confidentiality agreement that is customized to your company and to the context it is being used by, whether it is in the context of business development between two businesses, between a business and a potential vendor, a business and a potential consultant or employee, a buyer and seller in the M&A context, etc. My initial draft will contain both your NDA and how it varies from a run of the mill business to business bilateral NDA so that you can decide whether you want to adjust any of the provisions based on that context. After you receive my initial draft I will answer any questions you have about any provisions and send you one set of revisions. So the 1st draft will come within 2 business days of the order and the subsequent revision 1 business day after followup correspondence. Caveat -- I only feel comfortable doing this for California, NY or Delaware choice of law.
