What types of contracts can you review?
I review a wide range including NDAs, service agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, and more. All legal agreements really.
Do you provide a written report or just comments in the document?
I can provide comments directly in the document (e.g., Word or PDF) or a separate summary report, depending on your preference. If you do not clarify, I will put comments in word document.
Is this service suitable for contracts under non-UK law?
I am a UK qualified lawyer, however I can still provide general observations for other jurisdictions. Most contract reviews require highlighting the risk to you and I can still do this. However, if it is immigration related than I wont be able to assist on law as each country has different rules.
Will you revise or rewrite the contract?
This gig covers review and feedback. If you'd like me to redraft or rewrite sections, I offer that as an add-on or a separate gig.
Is everything I share kept confidential?
Absolutely. As a qualified solicitor, client confidentiality is fundamental. All documents and discussions remain strictly private.
