Are hosting and third-party costs included?
No. Hosting, paid software subscriptions, API usage fees, premium accounts, and other third-party costs must be provided or paid by the buyer.

Will I need Python on my computer?
Python is needed for file/API scripts and the local data tool. The tool opens in a browser on one agreed Windows computer. Sheets uses Apps Script. Setup guide included. A standalone executable, scheduled service or hosted multi-user app is a separate scope.
Is support included after delivery?
Revisions correct the agreed behavior against the agreed samples and test cases. New sources, fields, rules or integrations change the scope. Ongoing monitoring and maintenance require a separate agreement.
What is included in the $125 Google Sheets custom scope?
One spreadsheet with up to 3 tabs, 500 source rows and 5 agreed order fields. A manual update menu refreshes a tracking view and an anomaly list while preserving the source tab. Editable Apps Script and a guide are included. Delivery is 6 days with 1 revision.
What is included in the $150 checked API export?
One documented read-only endpoint: agreed pagination, bounded retries, 10,000 rows, 20 fields, 2 validation rules and one duplicate key. Python source, CSV, rejected rows, report and guide included. Simple API key/Bearer access. 6 days, 1 revision.
What happens to duplicates and invalid data?
We agree a key and validation rules first. Exact duplicates can be removed and invalid records are explained separately. Conflicting records require review rather than a guessed value. Missing facts are not invented.

One manual workflow: 2 apps, 2 documented endpoints, up to 6 nodes and 5 mapped fields. API key/Bearer access, retries and execution receipts. The target must support idempotency. Editable workflow, example and setup/replay guide. 14 days, 1 revision. Instance and hosting supplied by buyer.
