About me
Battery pack manufacturing process engineer. 16 years in automotive and aerospace, 14 of them launching Li-ion battery pack lines.
Pack processes I've built at SAIC-GM, Human Horizons, JIDU Auto and an aviation battery maker: laser welding, dispensing, tightening, leak and airtightness testing, CNC, die-casting.
I help clients with DFM review, process specs, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, leak test criteria and supplier audits.
Quality systems: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AS9100, APQP, SPC, MSA, 8D.
