About this Gig
Did someone copy your photos, writing or videos and post them without asking? I can help get those pages delisted from search and reported to the website's host.
I have worked in IT for 30 years, and I have years of hands-on experience filing DMCA and search delisting requests to fight online harassment. I know what Google, Bing and web hosts need to see.
How it works:
- You send me the links and proof that you own the content.
- You give me written permission to file for you.
- I file clear, complete notices with Google, Bing and/or the host.
- You get a report with every link, where I filed and its status.
The fine print, in plain English:
- Google and Bing make the final decision, so no one can guarantee results.
- I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice.
- I only file for content you own (copyright) or that is truly about you (personal info).
- Defamation isn't a copyright issue, so DMCA can't be used for it.
- No fake reviews, no mass reporting, and no removing negative reviews or news just because you dislike them.
Message me with your links first and I'll tell you honestly if I can help.

FAQ
Can you guarantee the pages will be delisted?
No. Google, Bing and web hosts make the final decision, so no one can guarantee results. I promise careful, complete notices and an honest status report.
Are you a lawyer?
No. I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advice. I file standard DMCA notices and search delisting requests. If you need legal advice, please talk to a lawyer.
Someone posted lies about me. Can you file a DMCA notice?
No. Defamation isn't a copyright issue, so a DMCA notice can't be used for it. DMCA only covers content you own, like your photos, writing or videos. If a page shows your private details, such as your home address, my privacy audit gig may help.
Can you remove negative reviews or news articles?
No. I only file for content you own (copyright) or that is truly about you (personal info). I don't post fake reviews, I don't do mass reporting, and I don't go after negative reviews or news just because you dislike them.
What do you need from me before you file?
The links, proof you own the content (for example the original files or your earlier post), and your written permission to file for you. A DMCA notice must include your name and contact details, and they may be shared with the person who posted the content, so I'll talk you through that first.
What if the other person sends a counter-notice?
Then the host may put the content back after about 10 to 14 business days unless you take legal action. I'll explain what happened in plain English. Handling replies and counter-notices is included in Premium.
