Can you install any self hosted application?
We support applications that we have verified as compatible with the requested server and deployment method. Please send the application name before ordering so we can confirm support.
Do I need to provide a VPS?
Yes. You must provide a compatible VPS or server. We can review the operating system and resources before confirming the order.
Can you configure my domain and SSL certificate?
Yes. Domain and HTTPS configuration are included in the Standard and Premium packages when DNS and server access requirements are met.
Do you use Docker Compose?
Yes, when it is appropriate for the application and supported by its official deployment method.
Can you migrate existing application data?
Existing data migration is not included in the standard packages. Send us the application details and data requirements for a separate assessment.
Will my data remain after a server restart?
We verify persistent storage and restart behavior according to the selected package. Data recovery guarantees require a separately tested backup and restoration process.
Do you provide backups?
The Premium package can include a basic backup workflow for supported applications. The exact backup scope and restoration requirements must be agreed before ordering.
Can you fix errors in an existing Docker deployment?
Yes, subject to an initial assessment. Existing troubleshooting, application-code defects and complex infrastructure failures may require a custom offer.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Ongoing monitoring, routine maintenance, upgrades and continuous server management are not included unless separately agreed.
