I will automate your business process with n8n, make, zapier or custom code

About this gig
The report you build by hand every Monday. Orders copied from email into a sheet. If a task repeats every week across two or more tools, I can make it run by itself.
How it works
- I watch the task run once, on a call or from your screen recording with fake data.
- I build it on your accounts, in the tool you already pay for: n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, Apps Script or code.
- Anything that writes to your customers, posts publicly or moves money waits for a person's approval inside the flow.
- You get error alerts, a short doc, a recording and fixes for 7 to 30 days.
Fixed-price packages
- Basic: one automation, up to 5 steps and 3 apps.
- Standard: one process mapped, up to 3 automations with an AI step, alerts and a run log.
- Premium: one custom build at a fixed size: API integration, scheduled job, agent or internal tool.
Several processes, or not sure where to start? Ask for the process review: up to 3 processes mapped, ranked and quoted.
My own sales desk runs this way: it reads job-alert emails, scores each one and drafts a reply I review before it goes out.
Need AI inside your own product (RAG, agents, an MCP server)? Message me for a custom offer.

FAQ
What counts as an app?
Any service the automation reads from or writes to with its own login: a form, a sheet, a CRM, an email account, a calendar, Slack, a WhatsApp Business number, accounting software, a webhook. The platform itself (n8n, Make, Zapier), its filters and the error alert don't count. An AI step is a step.
What can Premium be?
One build, at most this size: an API integration between 2 systems (up to 3 record types, retries, a log); a scheduled job (up to 3 data sources, 1 output); an agent on a trigger (up to 4 tools, approval before anything leaves); or an internal tool (up to 3 screens, 1 data source, login).
What if my project is bigger than Premium?
It gets a fixed quote first, from the process review or a scope call, sent as a custom offer. If Premium's discovery shows your order doesn't fit, I tell you before building: we cut it to fit, or replace it with the quote for the larger build.
What will you never promise?
Savings, ROI or hours before the review; after it, only estimates from your own numbers, labelled as estimates. Zero maintenance: tools and APIs change, so fixes are included for the support window, then quoted. And never "fewer people": your team moves to the work that needs them.
What won't you automate?
A tool with no API, export or stable screen; I tell you before you pay for a build. Scraping against a site's terms, mass messaging (WhatsApp bans numbers for it) and bought accounts.
Will it send things on its own?
Not to your customers, in public or with money, unless you ask for that in writing after seeing it run. Those steps wait for a person's click inside the flow. It's built on your accounts, the logins stay yours, and I test with fake data first.
What else will I pay for?
Your tool plans and API usage, in your name: for example the n8n, Make or Zapier plan and an AI API key. I use the tool you already pay for, or the cheapest one to run and keep, and tell you the monthly cost before I build.
Is this your AI setup gig?
No. If you ask your AI to do a task each time, that's my AI setup. If the task should run by itself on a trigger or a schedule, it's this gig. Standard and Premium include an AI step; on Basic it's an extra.
Is a call or a review credited?
Yes, here on Fiverr, within 30 days, toward a package that costs at least twice the credit. The process review is credited toward Standard or Premium, never Basic. You get a custom offer at the reduced price.
