Conduct sampling and full inspection for lighting and small‑home‑appliance products in Foshan, ensuring outgoing quality complies with overseas customer standards.  Detect defects on appearance, assembly and electrical performance on‑site; communicate rectification requirements with manufacturers and report quality risks to supervisors and sales teams in a timely manner.  Complete standardised inspection reports and make formal judgements for shipment, rework or rejection.  Perform re‑inspection for reworked batches and approve shipment release only after verified compliance. Major inspection scope: small home appliances such as ceiling fans, outdoor lighting, indoor spotlights and other foreign‑trade lighting products.
