Good communication, Would recommend to customers to ask what is necessary for collaboration work, like use of outsourced programs or equipment. Example: anydesk, realVNC, type of hardware needed. I am a first time user of Fiverr and didn't know what would be needed vs what I have. Very satisfied with current work on this part of the project.
