FAQ
What file formats do you accept?
I work with AI, PSD, PDF, PNG and JPG. Vector files give the best results but high resolution PNG or JPG works too.
What if I don't know my print size?
No problem. I will use the standard size of 32x45cm which works for most apparel prints.
Will the file work directly with my DTF or DTG printer?
Yes. You will receive a 300dpi PNG with transparent background, optimized and ready to send to any print shop or RIP software.
What is the difference between DTF and DTG?
DTF prints on a special film that is then heat transferred to the garment. DTG prints directly onto the fabric. I optimize the halftone file for whichever method you need.
