Your n8n workflow should not fail silently, lose data, or stop at a webhook. I will diagnose the real cause, repair the agreed issue, test the workflow safely, and explain what changed.

What do you need before I order?
Send the n8n version, hosting type, failed node, exact error, expected result, and a redacted screenshot or execution log. If available, share a workflow export with credentials removed.
Does the Basic package include the repair?
Yes. Basic covers diagnosis, repair, and testing for one clearly defined issue in one existing workflow.
Can you work with n8n Cloud and self-hosted n8n?
Yes. For self-hosted instances, provide the n8n version, hosting method, relevant logs, and a redacted environment description. Infrastructure repair is separate unless included in the agreed scope.
Do you need my password, API key, or token?
Do not send secrets in plain text. I can begin with redacted logs and an exported workflow. If account access is necessary, use a temporary collaborator account or the platform’s secure credential method. You should enter passwords, OAuth consent, and two-factor codes yourself.
Can you fix OAuth or credential errors?
I can diagnose the configuration and guide or implement the non-secret parts. You remain responsible for entering credentials and approving authorization inside your account.
Will testing trigger real emails, messages, payments, or customer records?
Only after we identify the risk and agree on the test. I will use sandbox accounts, dummy data, disabled downstream nodes, or another safe method where possible. No production action is triggered without explicit approval.
What counts as a revision?
A revision corrects the agreed repair within the original package scope. A new workflow, new integration, changed requirement, or unrelated error requires an extra or custom offer.
Can you build a new n8n workflow from scratch?
Yes, but this Gig is specifically for fixing existing workflows. A new build should use a separate Gig or custom offer after the scope is reviewed.
Are hosting and third-party API costs included?
No. n8n hosting, paid APIs, software subscriptions, credits, and other third-party charges are paid directly by the buyer
What support is included after delivery?
Each package includes the stated support period for minor questions or corrections related to the original repair. New features and unrelated failures are outside that support scope.
