Basic includes diagnosis and a written repair plan only. Choose Standard or Premium for implementation after we confirm that the issue fits the package.
What do you need to troubleshoot my workflow?
Share the error message, expected result, n8n version, connected apps, and a redacted workflow export or screenshot. We will arrange minimum necessary access after agreeing scope. Please remove passwords, API keys, and private customer data.
Are subscriptions, new features, or ongoing support included?
No. You cover hosting, paid apps, and API usage. Packages cover the agreed existing workflow issues. New workflows, extra apps, additional features, and ongoing monitoring need a separate scope. Revisions correct the agreed delivery.
