About me
I build CRM systems for small businesses that need their tools to actually work the way they sell, not the other way around. I've also built ad funnel automations in ActiveCampaign, connecting Facebook, Instagram, and Google Lead Ads so leads land in a nurture sequence within minutes of clicking an ad. Beyond the build itself, I set up lead scoring and routing so a sales team can tell which leads are actually worth calling first instead of working the list top to bottom. I'd rather build something a client's team understands than something only I know how to touch.
