About me
Most people who find me are dreading something. A big speech. A meeting they keep freezing in. Words that just won't come out right or they just want to be able to progress with their communication.
They also know Ai isn't helping! But by the time we've worked together, client feel proud of what they said. Some get the job. Some get the laugh. Some just finally stop dreading it.
I'm a certified communications coach with a BSc in Communications, a BA in Drama, and NLP training. 1,500+ clients. Across 25+ countries. 600+ five-star reviews.
Check the reviews. That is what results look like.

I had a public speaking challenge and one shot at a speech that really mattered. I didn’t want it to sound like I was winging it. Richard helped me find the real story, shape the delivery, and his video helped with stage presence instead of nerves. It felt perfect for a TED-talk! I'm feeling confident.
