I will create game ready 3d models with optimized pbr textures

About this gig
I model game-ready 3D props and objects with clean, optimized topology and proper PBR texturing built to drop straight into Unity, Unreal, or any real-time engine without extra cleanup.
My process: model at high resolution where detail matters, then bake down to an optimized low-poly mesh with normal, AO, and roughness maps via Substance so you get high visual fidelity at a real-time-friendly polycount.
Recent work: I optimized VR training scenes from 400k to 50k polygons for standalone Meta Quest 3 performance, and converted a batch of 350 plant assets to a flat-shaded low-poly style matching a fixed reference so I'm comfortable with both stylized and realistic asset pipelines.
What you get:
- Clean, game-ready topology
- Proper UV unwrapping
- PBR texture maps (Albedo, Normal, AO, Roughness)
- Consistent style across multi-prop sets
- Files ready for Unity/Unreal/Blender
Send me a reference image or concept and your target polycount
I'll confirm feasibility and turnaround before you order.

FAQ
Do you provide the high-poly source file too, or just the game-ready version?
Yes, I include both the high-poly source and the baked low-poly game-ready version, so you have full flexibility for future use.
What texture resolution do you deliver?
2K by default (Albedo/Normal/AO/Roughness). I can do 1K or 4K on request - just mention it before ordering.
Can you match an existing style/reference across multiple props?
Yes - I recently converted a 350-asset batch to match a fixed style and color palette, so consistency across sets is something I do regularly.
My concept isn't fully defined yet - can we talk before ordering?
Of course, send me what you have (reference images, rough descriptions) and I'll help scope the right package before you commit.
