During my time at a printing company, I was responsible for providing excellent customer service while handling graphic design and print production requests. I worked directly with clients to understand their design needs, offered creative recommendations, and ensured every project met their expectations. My primary responsibilities included designing a wide range of printed materials such as banners, business cards, brochures, flyers, invitations, stickers, certificates, and other promotional products. I also managed design revisions based on client feedback, making adjustments efficiently until the final design was approved. In addition to design work, I maintained clear and friendly communication with customers throughout the production process, provided updates on project progress, and ensured all orders were completed accurately and on schedule. I collaborated closely with the production team to maintain high-quality printing standards and deliver outstanding results. This experience strengthened my skills in graphic design, customer service, communication, time management, and problem-solving.
