Do you work with n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n?
Both. If you want self-hosting, I can install n8n on your VPS as a Gig Extra.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your n8n instance (or Make.com team invite), the app logins or API keys involved, and a short description of what should happen.
How does the AI voice agent work?
A Vapi or Retell agent answers your calls. n8n handles what happens next: booking the appointment, updating your CRM and sending you a call summary.
Are call minutes and API costs included?
No. You pay the voice platform, phone number and AI provider directly, so you keep ownership of the accounts and full control of billing.
My workflow keeps failing. Is Basic enough?
For one n8n workflow or one Make.com scenario, usually yes. Send me the error first and I'll confirm.
Will I be able to edit the workflows later?
Yes. Everything is built in your account, and Standard and Premium include a walkthrough video.
Which AI models can you use?
OpenAI, Claude and others supported by n8n. I'll recommend one based on your task and budget.
