What access do you need from me?
WordPress admin login or cPanel/hosting access (FTP or SSH also works). Send it through Fiverr chat only, and change the passwords after delivery.
Will I lose my content or design?
No. I take a full backup before I touch anything, and I only remove the infected and malicious files. Your pages, posts and design stay as they are.
How long does it take?
Most sites are cleaned within 24 hours. Very large sites or full servers with many websites can take longer. I’ll tell you the time upfront.
Can you remove the Google red warning and blacklist?
Yes, Standard and Premium include it. I clean the site, then request the Google review. Google’s review itself can take a few days.
Will my site get hacked again?
