Will you build my website in WordPress or Framer?
Each package covers one website on ONE agreed platform, not duplicate builds on both. WordPress is the primary service; Framer is available by agreement before ordering. WordPress includes up to 2/3/4 plugin installations by package. Framer uses native features, not WordPress plugins.
Are hosting, domain names and paid tools included?
No. You pay for your domain, hosting or Framer plan, plus any paid theme, plugin, font or image licence. Setup on your suitable existing plan is included. I will confirm any paid requirements before use. Accounts and subscriptions should remain in your name.
What do you need before starting my website?
Please provide your business brief, page list, final text, logo, licensed images, brand preferences and reference websites. We will confirm your platform and hosting first. Use a collaborator invitation or separate temporary user for access; never send your main password or payment details.
What is included in a revision?
Basic includes 1 revision round, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Revisions cover agreed-scope changes to layout, colours, spacing or supplied content. New pages, a platform switch, a full redesign or new functionality require a separate quote. Please send feedback as one consolidated list per round.
Do these packages include an online store or ongoing maintenance?
These packages cover business websites and landing pages. E-commerce, payments, memberships, custom apps, migrations, copywriting, ongoing maintenance and advanced integrations are not included. Ask before ordering if you need extra features so I can confirm feasibility and scope.
What does speed optimisation include?
Standard and Premium include image sizing/compression, reducing unnecessary page assets and appropriate platform settings. Results depend on your hosting, content and third-party tools. A perfect speed score, search ranking, visitor traffic or sales outcome is not guaranteed.
