I am a cybersecurity engineering student and I have worked inside a software company, so I handle both the everyday admin and the security side.

Domains and DNS: renewals, records, redirects, SSL.
Website upkeep: uptime, updates, backups, small fixes.
Members and access: who can reach what, proper offboarding, password manager.

SECURITY
SIEM setup and log monitoring with Splunk, Wazuh or Elastic.
Alert triage, so you hear what matters and not the noise.
Basic SOAR automation for repeatable responses.
Patching, two factor everywhere, phishing protection, backup testing.

What size company is this for?
One to twenty people. Small teams with no in house IT get the most out of it, because the work is real but not a full time job.
Which SIEM do you work with?
Splunk, Wazuh and Elastic. For most small companies I recommend Wazuh or Elastic, because the licensing is free and the coverage is enough. If you already run Splunk, I work in yours.
Do you need admin access?
Yes, for the systems you want managed. Set me up as a delegated admin rather than sharing a personal password, and remove the access any time.
What is not included?
Custom software development, app building and large migrations. I can scope those separately. This gig is ongoing management.
Can we start small?
Yes. Start with Starter for a month. If it works, move up. If it does not, you walk away after 30 days with documentation of everything I touched.
