Is this a manual audit or an automated scan?
Both, and they're clearly separated in the report. I run automated tools (axe, WAVE, Lighthouse) as a first pass, then manually test with a keyboard and screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver), because that's where most real-world issues actually live.
Do you fix the issues you find?
This gig covers diagnosis and reporting, not implementation. I offer remediation as a separate service if you want the issues fixed directly.
What format is the report in?
A PDF summary on Basic; PDF plus an Excel/spreadsheet tracker on Standard and Premium, so your team can assign and track fixes.
Do you need login access to my site?
No for public pages; I test from the same side as your visitors. If you need authenticated flows tested (like a logged-in SaaS dashboard), send a demo account and I'll scope it in.
What standards do you test against?
WCAG 2.1 or 2.2, Level AA by default. I map findings to ADA and Section 508 as well, and can add EN 301 549 or AODA on request.
My product is bigger than the page limit. What then?
Message me your URL and page/flow count and I'll send a custom scope and price, or point you to the right package with the additional-pages extra.
Can you audit a SaaS product's core flows instead of counting pages?
Yes, that's exactly what Premium is built for. Tell me your 8-15 most important user flows and I'll scope around those instead of a raw page count.
How fast can you deliver?

Will this report help if we're facing legal risk?
It documents a genuine, dated, good-faith evaluation, which is useful evidence. I can't offer legal advice or guarantee a specific legal outcome.
Can you also create a VPAT from these findings?
