When does the delivery timeline begin?
The delivery timeline begins once I have received the product and all final instructions, including the script, talking points, brand guidelines, and required messaging. Delivery times vary depending on the package selected.
How do I ship the product?
After the order is placed, I will provide the appropriate shipping details through Fiverr. The client is responsible for product and shipping costs. Please send the tracking information once the product has shipped.Products are not returned unless return shipping is arranged and paid for in advance.
What revisions are included?
Revisions cover reasonable editing changes or corrections based on the original instructions. Reshoots caused by new directions, script changes, missing information, or requests outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Is raw footage included?
Raw footage is not included unless it is listed in your package or purchased as an add-on. Please let me know before filming if you need raw footage so I can prepare and organize the files properly.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on my schedule and whether the product has already arrived. Clear brand messaging, required talking points, pronunciation guidance, and examples help ensure a smooth process and the best possible final video.
