Revisions cover cuts, captions, text and pacing. If I miss something from the agreed brief, I reshoot at no charge.

Do I need to provide a script?
No. Light script support is included with every package. You can provide your own script or send me your key messaging and I can help refine it into natural UGC.
What does the included revision cover?
One editing revision is included for changes to cuts, captions, text, or pacing. Revisions do not include reshoots, a new concept, or changes to an approved script or creative direction.
Do you offer reshoots
Reshoots are included if I make an error based on the agreed brief. Changes requested after filming, including a new script, setting, wardrobe, or creative direction, may require an additional fee.
Can I send you my product to film?
Yes. Physical products can be shipped to me in Ontario, Canada. Please message me before ordering so we can confirm timing and any shipping requirements.
Can you create additional hooks or alternate versions?
Yes. If you need additional hooks, alternate CTAs, or multiple versions for testing, message me before ordering and I can create a custom offer based on your project.
What style of UGC can you create?
I can create talking-head videos, product demos, unboxings, lifestyle content, tutorials, voiceovers, POV content, and B-roll depending on your product and creative brief.
Can you create videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or paid ads?
Yes. Videos can be created for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical social platforms. Let me know where you plan to use the content when ordering.
Are usage rights included?
Yes. Each package includes 3 months of usage rights. If you need longer usage or have specific paid advertising requirements, contact me before ordering.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is not automatically included. If you need raw clips or additional B-roll from the shoot, message me and I can include it in a custom offer.
What information do you need before filming?
Please provide your product details, key messaging, target audience, preferred style, CTA, brand guidelines, and any examples or references you would like me to follow.
