I will turn messy CSV or Excel files into clean, consistent, analysis-ready data.
Depending on the selected package and agreed rules, I can:
- remove or flag duplicates
- correct malformed or inconsistent values
- standardize dates, numbers, capitalization, and text fields
- align columns and merge compatible data
- validate required fields and data types
- identify blank, conflicting, or invalid records
- provide an exception report or validation summary
- create a reusable Python workflow in the Premium package
Package limits are 100, 200, or 300 records. Please contact me before ordering if your data exceeds these limits, contains sensitive information, requires OCR or PDF extraction, complex formulas, ecommerce imports, or custom automation.
I keep your original file unchanged and flag ambiguous values instead of guessing.
Before ordering, please share the file type, record count, target output, cleanup rules, deadline, and an anonymized sample. Store credentials and full payment-card data are never required.

Will you change my original file?
No. I work on a copy and return separate deliverables unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
How do you handle unclear or conflicting values?
I flag them in an exception list instead of guessing, so you can review and decide.
Can you handle more than 300 records?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering with the approximate volume and an anonymized representative sample for a custom offer.
Can you fix Shopify or WooCommerce product CSV files?
Yes, but ecommerce imports are quoted separately because variant, identifier, image, and category rules can change the scope.
Do you need access to my store or production system?
Usually not for file-only cleanup. If access is genuinely required, we will agree on the scope and safest access method first.
