About me
I have a PhD in Evolutionary Biology from the Max Planck Institute.
I have been working on comparative and population genomics since 2014. I have experience with NGS analyses all the way from choosing sequencing platforms to calling variants using a variety of pipelines, phylogenetics, phylogenomics, GO analyses, genome mining, micro and macro-syntney, tool benchmarking, and data visualisation.
I work mostly in R, and am proficient in Linux environments
