I will design custom 3d models optimized for 3d printing

About this gig
Welcome! Do you have a 3D printer but need a custom 3D model designed specifically for production? You are in the right place.
I specialize in creating functional, precise, and print-ready 3D models optimized for FDM 3D printing, with a strong focus on Bambu Lab ecosystem (A1, P1, X1 series).
Whether you need a replacement part, a custom desk organizer, functional houseware, or a mechanical enclosure, I will turn your ideas, sketches, or reference photos into flawless 3D files.
What I can design for you:
- Functional & Household Items: Vases, organizers, mounting brackets, cable management tools.
- Replacement Parts: Custom gears, covers, adapters, and hinges with precise tolerances.
- Multi-Part Assemblies: Enclosures and snap-fit mechanisms designed for easy printing and zero hassle.
What you will receive with your order:
- Print-Ready Files: Clean, watertight .STL files optimized for FDM printing.
- Bambu Studio Files (.3MF): Pre-configured slicing profiles including ideal orientation, layer height, infill settings, and multi-color setups (AMS ready) upon request.
- Source Files (.blend): Editable original Blender source files
- 3D Visual Preview: High-quality renders

FAQ
What information do you need to start my project?
Please provide a brief description of what you need, along with any reference photos, rough sketches, or specific dimensions/measurements (in mm or inches) required for your model.
Do you provide native Bambu Studio (.3MF) files?
Yes! If you print on Bambu Lab machines, I can provide pre-configured .3MF files with optimized print orientation, layer heights, infill rates, and multi-color/AMS settings ready to go.
How do you ensure moving or fitting parts actually fit after printing?
A: I design all functional parts with built-in tolerance clearances (typically 0.15 mm to 0.25 mm depending on the mechanism) to guarantee smooth sliding or firm snap-fits on modern FDM printers.
Can you provide the source files so I can edit the model later?
Absolutely. The editable Blender source file (.blend) is included in the Standard and Premium packages, or can be added as a Gig Extra.
What if I don't have a Bambu Lab printer?
No problem at all! All models are exported as universal, watertight .STL files that work seamlessly with any slicer (PrusaSlicer, Cura, OrcaSlicer) and any FDM 3D printer.
