I will create vfx in unreal engine

I will create real-time VFX in Unreal Engine 4 using Cascade or Niagara.

The finished Effects will include all the Textures, Meshes, Materials, and Particle Systems packaged and ready to import for use in UE4.

Please send me a detailed description of the following information:

• The version of your Unreal Engine project (For Niagara FX 4.25 and above preferred)
• Reference of the effect you want, it can be a video, gif, or Image.
