Experienced CNC Programmer with approximately 10 years of experience in manufacturing, CAM programming, machining workflows, and technical problem solving. Extensive experience using Autodesk PowerMill for complex machining strategies, high-efficiency roughing, electrode work, and 3-axis and 5-axis programming. Worked in high-production manufacturing environments including a 2-machine robot-fed 5-axis CNC cell focused on automated electrode and precision machining operations. Experienced with graphite machining, EDM electrode design, toolpath optimization, setup support, and manufacturing process improvement. Familiar with multiple machine controllers and platforms including Okuma, HAAS, Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi controls. Experience working alongside CNC operators, machinists, and tooling departments to troubleshoot machining issues, improve cycle times, and maintain production efficiency. Additional software exposure includes PowerShape, KeyCreator, Mastercam, WorkNC, and GibbsCAM. Strong understanding of machining strategy, cutter engagement, feeds and speeds, workholding considerations, surface finish requirements, and real-world shop floor manufacturing processes.
