How is this different from a regular chatbot?
A regular chatbot often gives generic or pre-scripted answers. This one uses RAG, meaning it actually searches your documents/data first, then answers based on what it finds, so responses are grounded in your real content, not guesses.
What kind of documents can it learn from?
PDFs, text files, FAQs, product docs, or similar written content. Send me what you want it to reference, and I'll set it up to pull answers from there.
Which AI model powers the chatbot?
I use leading large language models such as Gemini or LLaMA, depending on what fits your project best for accuracy and cost.
Can it work on WhatsApp or just on a website?
Both are possible. Web chat is included from Basic; WhatsApp/other integration is available from Standard upward.
