Do I need to provide a 3D model of my machine?
No. If you have a 3D model or CAD file (STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks), it makes the work faster. If not, I can build the model from your photos, drawings or sketches — select the modeling extra or message me first.
Can you add text labels, callouts or my logo?
Yes. Labels, callouts and your logo are included in the Standard and Premium packages, and can be added to Basic as a paid extra.
Can you keep my project confidential?
Absolutely. I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start, and your files are never shared or reused. (Tell me in the requirements if you need this.)
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is listed on each package. If you're on a tight deadline, choose the express delivery extra or message me first and I'll confirm I can hit your date
