WHY ME
I built an internal operations platform from scratch for a manufacturing company: Flask and PostgreSQL backend, REST API with JWT and four permission profiles, React front end. It runs in production, used daily by the whole company. I also administer the servers it lives on, so I write backends that survive contact with the real world.

I build web applications end to end and I run the infrastructure they live on.
On the development side: Python and Flask over PostgreSQL, React on the front, REST APIs with JWT authentication and role-based access control. My main project is an internal operations app I built from scratch, now used daily by an entire manufacturing company.

FAQ
Do you build the front end too, or only the API?
This gig is the backend: API, database and permissions. I also work with React, so if you need the interface as well, message me and I'll quote both together as a custom offer.
Which database do you use?
PostgreSQL by default, because it is free, solid and runs anywhere. SQLite works for small projects and MySQL is fine too. If you already have a database, I connect the API to what you have instead of starting over.
Can you deploy the API on my server?
Yes, that is included in the Production package. I work with Linux and Windows Server every day, so I can deploy it on your VPS or cloud instance and leave it running with the environment variables and logs properly set up.
