Q1: What file formats can you accept?
PDF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP. Scanned documents or photos of documents both work. If your file is in another format, message me and I will check if I can handle it.
Q2: How accurate is the OCR for Chinese text?
For clean printed Chinese, automated OCR alone is ~95% accurate. With my native line-by-line verification (Standard/Premium), I bring it to 99%+. I catch wrong characters, traditional/simplified mixups, and context errors machines miss.
Q3: Can you handle Traditional Chinese or mixed simplified/traditional documents?
Yes. I support both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, including documents that mix both. As a native speaker, I can identify and correct character variants that OCR engines often confuse.
Q4: What about handwritten text, old documents, or documents with stamps?
Handwritten Chinese is harder - accuracy will be lower and I will flag uncertain parts. Old documents or stamps overlapping text are doable but may need Premium. Send a sample page first so I can give you an honest estimate.
Q5: Can you do English or other languages too?
Yes, I can OCR English, Japanese, Korean, and other languages. But my human verification is Chinese-only. For other languages you get automated OCR output without manual proofreading. Need verified non-Chinese text? I can recommend someone.
