No. While many clients book this session ahead of a specific interview, it’s also useful if you’re preparing in advance, returning to the job market, or want to improve your interview skills more generally. If you do have a confirmed interview, the session will be tailored to that role and context.

Mock interviews are role and experience appropriate but non-technical. They focus on behavioural, competency-based and scenario questions that assess your approach and communication style. Questions are tailored to your CV and roles of interest. Technical questions are not included unless agreed.

Yes. I work with candidates across entry-level, mid-level, and senior roles. Sessions for senior candidates focus on leadership, impact, decision-making, and clear communication of experience. I am currently also a Senior Manager for Impacts and Funding Partnerships.
