I will clean one flat Excel or CSV table using rules we agree before work starts.


Included:

- Trim selected text fields and standardize agreed labels

- Remove exact duplicate rows with a removal log

- Flag missing values, conflicting IDs and invalid formats

- Deliver XLSX, CSV, a change log and a short review report


Uncertain records are retained for review. I do not guess missing values or silently merge conflicting IDs. Text identifiers stay as text.


Basic: one UTF-8 CSV or one values-only XLSX sheet, up to 100 data rows, 20 columns and 10 MB. Two-day delivery after requirements are complete. One revision within the agreed rules.
