I will set up branded invoice templates and an invoice tracker spreadsheet
Canva, social media design for small brands
About this Gig
Still sending invoices from a blank doc and tracking who owes you in your head? I set up a simple billing kit in your business name: matching invoice and quote templates plus a spreadsheet that tracks every bill from sent to paid.
WHAT YOU GET
- Invoice and quote templates with your business name, logo, colors, payment terms and document numbering
- Receipt, one-page scope of work and late-payment reminder (Standard and Premium)
- Each template as a PDF plus a version you type into in your web browser, then save as PDF
- An invoice tracker (.xlsx): status, due date, days late, paid and still owed, totals by client
- A short how-to so your next bill takes minutes
WHAT I NEED
- Your business name and the details you want printed on your documents
- Your logo and brand colors (optional)
- Your payment terms and the payment methods you accept
- Premium: a list or export of your current bills to load in
Files only. I never need logins or access to your bank or payment accounts. No designer credit on anything your clients see.
Not legal or tax advice. The scope of work is a plain template, not a lawyer-reviewed contract.

FAQ
Can I edit the templates myself after delivery?
Yes. Each template comes as a browser version: open it in Chrome or Edge, type in the fields, then Print > Save as PDF. You also get the PDF blank to mark up in any PDF app, and the tracker is a normal .xlsx you can change.
Will the tracker work in Google Sheets?
It's an .xlsx with standard formulas and no macros, so it opens in Excel, Google Sheets or LibreOffice. If any formula doesn't behave in your app, tell me and I fix it in your revision.
Do you send invoices or collect payments for me?
No. You send your own invoices and get paid through your own methods. I set up the templates and the tracker. Nothing connects to your bank or payment accounts.
Is the scope of work a legal contract?
It's a plain one-page template: deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. It isn't legal advice or a lawyer-reviewed contract, so have a lawyer look at it for big projects.
Can you match my existing brand?
Yes. Send your logo and color codes (or a screenshot of your materials) and I match colors and layout. Fonts are standard system fonts so the files look the same on any computer.
Do you do A4 paper and other currencies?
Yes. Default is US Letter and USD. Pick A4 and your currency in the requirements and I set every template up that way.
Who owns the finished templates?
You own the documents made for your business. The base layout and tracker formulas I reuse across clients stay mine; you can use and edit them for your business, just don't resell them as templates.
