Your Google Business Profile is often the first thing a customer sees, before your website and before they call. If it has the wrong categories, thin services, old photos or no recent activity, you are handing those calls to the business down the street.

I am a web designer who also runs the marketing for a multi-location commercial service company, so local search and Google Business Profiles are a regular part of my work, not a side skill.
