I help you to model the application using UML, you get a ready made application that is using DevExpress as a commercial grade framework ideal for business applications.
You give me table names, some basic fields and description of the domain. The first prototype is for a review and clarifying the functionality by trying it out. The second iteration is for changes and revision.
The final iteration is for finishing touches. The second link shows the last features you can expect.
The application includes reporting functionality and is cloud ready.
A note to the security features: The login and permissions are at application level and do not consist of finer grained permissions per table. I am able to do this but that is out of scope for this offer.

Can I compile the application by myself?
Yes, but you must purchase the DevExpress framework, that actually costs $999.99.
Is the delivered application capable to use different databases?
Yes, with minor changes or simply changing the connection string.
Will I get the UML model and can I further change the prototype by myself?
Yes, the used UML models are compatible with ArgoUML that I do support. Also my main application that is responsible to generate the source code by using a XSLT template is open source (including the template). The application and the templates are reachable from the gig description.
