FAQ
What is included in the ConvertKit welcome sequence?
The sequence includes the email flow and automation setup specified in your selected package. The number of emails depends on the package you purchase.
Can you create the welcome emails for me?
Yes. If you need email copywriting, we can include it as an additional service or custom offer depending on the scope.
Can you work with my existing emails?
Absolutely. I can organize your existing content into a structured ConvertKit sequence and connect it to the appropriate automation.
Can you set up subscriber tags and segments?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include subscriber organization, with the Premium package providing a more advanced structure.
Can you connect the sequence to my signup form?
Yes. I can configure the subscriber entry point so new contacts enter the appropriate automation.
Can you build a complete onboarding workflow?
Yes. The Premium package is designed for a broader ConvertKit onboarding system involving multiple automation steps.
Do I need to have ConvertKit already?
Having an existing account is recommended. If you need help organizing the account before the automation work begins, I can include that in the project scope.
Can you fix an existing ConvertKit automation?
Yes. Automation troubleshooting can be handled through a custom offer when the required work falls outside the package scope.
Will you test the automation before delivery?
Yes. Testing is included according to the selected package so the workflow can be checked for logical connections and expected behavior.
Can you create a custom ConvertKit system?
Yes. If your requirements don't fit one of the three packages, you can request a custom offer with the exact scope, timeline, and price.
