Do you work with an existing GA4 and GTM setup, or do I need to start from scratch?
You can keep your existing setup. I first review what is already installed, find what is missing or firing incorrectly, then fix only what needs attention. This avoids unnecessary changes and keeps your tracking clean.
What access do you need to fix my tracking?
Usually, I need access to your GA4 property, Google Tag Manager, and the relevant website or store. If Google Ads conversion tracking is included, I may also need access there. You can remove access after delivery for peace of mind.
What is your process for setting up or fixing tracking?
I follow four steps: 1) review your current setup, 2) identify missing or incorrect tracking, 3) configure the agreed events and tags, and 4) test the setup before delivery. You receive a tested implementation, not just a configuration.
