FAQ
Do you just install an accessibility widget or overlay?
No. Overlay widgets don’t achieve true WCAG compliance and often fail screen reader testing. I perform 100% manual code remediation , the standard courts and the DOJ actually recognize.
Will making my site accessible change how it looks?
Rarely. Most fixes happen in the underlying code, ARIA labels, alt text, heading structure. If a color contrast fix is needed, I’ll work within your brand palette to find a compliant option.
What tools and methods do you use for testing?
Automated scanning with WAVE and Axe plus manual testing with NVDA and JAWS screen readers and full keyboard-only navigation.
Can you guarantee I won’t be sued?
No one can promise 100% immunity from lawsuits. What I can do is bring your site to WCAG 2.1 AA, which meaningfully reduces legal exposure.
