About this gig
Print-ready yard signs, lawn signs, and real estate signs from a designer with 11+ years in a working sign shop (3 of them running it.). Files born to print--not just look good on a screen.
I design business, real estate, campaign/political, open house, for sale, now hiring, and custom yard signs.
Default size is 18" × 24". Custom sizes are fine.
This gig is design only. I do not print or ship the boards. You take the file to your printer.
What you get
- Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI, or appropriate DPI if sign is big ) plus JPG/PNG
- Layout that reads from the street
- Revisions per package
- Source files (AI / EPS) on Standard and Premium
What I need from you
Logo (vector if you have it), exact wording, colors, phone or website, and any photo. Size if it is not 18×24.
Sign types
Business, Real estate, Campaign / Political, Open House, For Sale, Now Hiring, Wedding, Parking, Custom
No sloppy first-year-student effects. If the sign can't be read at a distance, then it has failed its job. I specialize in the best-looking, highly-readable design.
Delivery style preference

FAQ
What file formats will I receive?
All options will come with JPEG, PNG, & PDF files. Options including the source file will receive PSD file, AI file, or both depending on how the artwork was created. My process typically combines the best of both Illustrator & Photoshop and as such I may send both kinds of files.
Can you incorporate my existing branding or logo into the design?
Absolutely! I'll just need an image (or preferably a source file) of your existing branding.
What's the difference between revisions and design concepts?
Revisions focus on fine-tuning and modifying an existing design based on client feedback, while new design concepts involve creating completely new designs from scratch.
