What if the issue can't be fixed?
I always review the problem before you order. If it turns out to be a hardware failure or something that needs on-site work, I'll explain the cause and the best next steps.
What is included in the Monthly Care plan?
Up to 8 hours of on-demand remote support during 30 days, plus updates, health checks and backup verification. Ideal for small offices without in-house IT.
