What do you require to get started?
I will need your branding, logo, product information and images, page content, preferred style or reference websites, and access to your Shopify store where applicable.
Will my Shopify store be mobile-friendly?
Yes. Your Shopify store will be fully responsive and optimised for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Is the logo included?
Logo design is included with the Standard and Premium packages. If you already have a logo and brand guidelines, I can work with your existing branding.
What does each gig package include?
Please refer to the package information above for the number of products, pages, app integrations and additional items included with each package.
Can I request additional items that are not mentioned in the gig scope?
Yes. If you require additional products, pages, integrations or custom functionality, please contact me and I can provide a custom offer where appropriate.
Can you redesign my existing Shopify store?
Yes. I can redesign and improve an existing Shopify store, including its layout, navigation, product presentation and overall user experience.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. The packages include revisions, and I always aim to make sure you are happy with the final result. Revisions cover refinements within the original agreed project scope.
Is the Shopify theme licence included?
No. The Shopify theme licence is not included in the gig price and must be purchased separately by the client. I can recommend a suitable premium theme based on your brand and requirements.
Do you offer after-sale support?
Yes. I provide support following delivery for questions relating to the completed work. Ongoing updates or additional development can also be arranged separately.
