Are the data and materials I send you secure?
Absolutely. Everything you send me is treated in the strictest confidence. I never share materials, ideas or drafts without your consent.
What do you get in Vector & Source file?
The Vector & Source files include all editable files, allowing you to change fonts, colors, and adjust the size without losing quality. These files are ideal for printing purposes and can be used in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for further customization.
What information do you need to provide us for the logo?
Please provide a brief description of your business, the company name you'd like included, any preferred colors or fonts, and any sample logos or sketches you like. This will help us design a logo that aligns with your vision.
What do you get in a Social Media Package?
In the Social Media package, you receive the Instagram and Facebook profile image and the Facebook cover image
What happens if I don't like any proposal?
I always do my best to understand your vision right from the start. If no concept convinces you, I can create a new proposal or offer you a flexible alternative.
What does the Basic Package include?
The Basic Package includes 2 logo proposals in high resolution, ready for printing. You will receive the files in PDF, JPEG and PNG format with transparent background. This is the ideal option for those who want to start with an essential but neat visual identity, while maintaining the high quality
What does the Standard Package include?
The Standard package offers 3 original logo concepts, editable source files (PSD or AI), as well as JPEG, PNG with transparent background and a realistic 3D mockup for presentation. It is perfect for those who want a complete logo, customisable over time and presentable to clients or audiences.
What does the Premium Package include?
The Premium package is the complete solution: 4 logo proposals + source files + JPEG and PNG versions + 3D mockups + a social media kit. Designed for those who want a visual identity that is flexible, professional and adaptable across multiple channels.
What about copyrights?
We provide unique designs tailored to your needs. However, if you require a copyright document, it can be provided for an additional fee through gig extras. You can add this during the order process or at any point during the project.
Can you also help me print business cards, flyers or other materials?
Yes, I offer additional graphics services and preparation for professional printing. I can provide you with all material coordinated with your logo: cards, brochures, packaging and more.
