About this gig
My name is Luca Longoni, and I am an Italian full-time pianist, keyboardist, composer, and teacher based in Milan.
With years of performing and recording experience, I have the skills and versatility needed to contribute effectively to a wide range of recording projects.
I work across various genres, including pop, jazz, soul, rock, funk and relaxing/sleepy piano songs.
I can complete any project within a few days of receiving all the necessary tracks and instructions from the client.
The audio files I deliver will be in WAV or AIFF format (44.1 or 48 kHz, 16 or 24-bit).
I work from my own professionally designed recording studio, which includes:
- Yamaha C3 grand piano
- Yamaha MODX8 keyboard
- Roland FA-08 keyboard
- Various VST instruments
- Project Lead DAW with M-Audio Track Eight audio interface
- Adam Audio T7V studio monitors
- AKG K-240 MKII headphones
- Rode NT1-A stereo microphones
- Sound-absorbing panels

I am an Italian pianist, keyboardist, and teacher, with a degree in Jazz Piano from the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan, graduating with full marks.
Since 2000, I have performed in over 2,000 concerts across pop, jazz, and rock genres, both in Italy and abroad (United Arab Emirates, Monte Carlo, France, and Switzerland). I have also worked as a musical theater pianist, performing at venues such as Teatro degli Arcimboldi in Milan and Teatro Brancaccio in Rome.
Since 2003, I have been teaching music and piano at various public and private schools in northern Italy.

What do you need to start working?
Here is what I need from you to get started: - demo track with a rough idea of the piano/keyboards parts. - possibly lead/chord sheet. - mixdown of the song without piano/keyboards parts.
When should I choose the BASIC tracking?
Please select the BASIC tracking if you want to record a song with digital piano or keyboards. If you don't have the lead sheet, ask me by message for a custom offer and I will transcribe the song by ear directly from your audio file!
When should I choose the STANDARD package?
Please select the STANDARD tracking if you want to record a song with real grand piano with 1 possibile revision. If you don't have the lead sheet, ask me by message for a custom offer and I will transcribe the song by ear directly from your audio file!
When should I choose the PREMIUM package?
Please select the PREMIUM tracking if you want to record an original song with real grand piano or keyboards with 1 possibile revision. For the best result, first send me a reference track on the style you would like and I will compose a similar but completely new song with commercial use for you.
Do you offer complete song productions? (drums, bass, keyboards, strings, etc.)?
Yes I do, and it's one of my favorite things to do. Please contact me directly so we can discuss exactly what you need and create a custom offer for you.
