support business leaders in transforming data into actionable insights by bridging analytics, technology, and organizational processes. I led the implementation of a company-wide Business Intelligence solution, managing the full lifecycle from legacy data sources (AS400) to executive-ready Power BI dashboards. My work focuses not only on analytics, but on how data is used across the organization to improve performance, alignment, and decision-making. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting standards, and performance frameworks, helping teams move from reactive reporting to structured, data-driven management. Alongside BI initiatives, I contribute to software development and automation projects that streamline data flows and improve internal processes. I actively support the development of a data-driven culture, promoting clarity, ownership, and consistency in how information is produced, shared, and consumed across the company.
