FAQ
Can you fix a ConvertKit automation that isn't triggering?
Yes. I can review the trigger, conditions, actions, subscriber entry point, and connected Email Sequence to identify configuration problems.
Can you fix ConvertKit emails going to spam?
I can troubleshoot common technical and configuration factors that may contribute to deliverability problems, including sending-domain configuration and list-related issues.
Can you fix an email sequence that is not sending?
Yes. I can check whether the sequence is active, review its schedule and settings, and verify that the appropriate Visual Automation is sending subscribers into it. Kit specifically requires an Email Sequence to be activated for its published emails to send.
Can you troubleshoot my ConvertKit tags and segmentation?
Yes. I can review the tagging and segmentation logic and help correct the configuration based on your intended subscriber journey.
Can you check my domain authentication?
Yes. I can review the relevant Kit sending-domain configuration and help identify common authentication issues. DNS changes may require access to your domain or hosting provider.
Can you fix my confirmation email?
Yes. I can troubleshoot common confirmation-email problems, including account approval and configuration issues. Kit notes that an unapproved account cannot send emails.
Can you guarantee that my emails will reach Gmail or Outlook inboxes?
No honest provider should guarantee that. I can diagnose and correct relevant configuration and deliverability factors, but final inbox placement is controlled by mailbox providers and sender reputation.
