How it works: describe the bug and send your URL, files, or a code snippet. I reply with a quick confirmation of what I see before I start, so you know I understand the problem.
Every fix goes through a real code review and is tested before delivery you do not get a patch that fixes one thing and breaks another. On the Premium package I also add automated tests so the bug cannot silently come back.
