At Pés Sem Dor, I worked on the development of intelligent solutions focused on improving customer service, training processes, and operational efficiency. I created AI-based simulation systems that allow employees to practice real-time customer interactions, where an artificial intelligence acts as different types of clients (satisfied, dissatisfied, or with specific problems). The system analyzes the conversation, evaluates the employee’s performance based on company procedures, and generates structured reports with feedback and scores for supervisors. I also integrated OpenAI APIs, worked with real-time AI communication, and structured simulation scenarios using JSON-based case systems to represent realistic customer situations across different teams such as SAC, scheduling confirmation, adjustments, and active contact. This work combined Artificial Intelligence, backend development, and automation to create scalable training tools that improve service quality and team performance.
